Pricing

All prices quoted are in GBP (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.

Ordering and stock availability

From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you as soon as is reasonably possible. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.

Jack's Garden Store Ltd makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site as being available or suitable for use.

Our office hours are 9.00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please note that next day delivery orders can only be processed before 11am Monday to Friday. A next day delivery placed on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

As part of the terms and conditions of sale, following completion of sale we will send you an email advising you about delivery of your product and replacement of damaged or faulty parts. Failure to read this email may invalidate your ability to make a claim against us.

Sometimes, our products are out of stock. If that happens we will let you know, suggest an alternative, and offer you a full refund if nothing suits.

Some of our products can be delivered the next day, as long as you order them before 11pm during the week.

However, we are closed over the weekends Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 3pm. If you leave a message on our voicemail, we will get back to you within one business day (Mon-Fri)

Products

We do not take responsibility for any event that is outside our control, nor for any consequential loss arising from such an event.

The scope of warranty liability is exclusively limited to the faulty element to be replaced under warranty. We will agree on the quickest possible delivery date. The scope of warrantly liability excludes transport, installation, time and communication costs related to the detection of the defect and installation. We will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the deficiency of the product.
