The ambience from the glimmering light, the warmth radiating from the flickering flames, the marshmallows dripping in Baileys, ready to toast…now that’s the perfect setting for a summer’s evening in the garden.
That’s why you need a chiminea. And our stunning range of chimineas can't fail to create wonderful focal points in your garden.
There are 3 types available to choose from: fired clay, cast iron and steel.
Our eye-catching range of Mexican clay chimineas are hand-made and hand-painted in eye-catching colours and designs so no two will be exactly the same. Their structure and design, perfected over the centuries in Central America, make them the easiest chimineas to light and the most efficient burners. No need for roaring fires - the clay absorbs and radiates the heat. Clay chimineas require less maintenance than their metal counterparts and don’t require any assembling.
Solid, strong, durable and very heavy, our cast iron chimineas are more resistant than clay or steel. They can stand much higher fire temperatures without cracking, are unaffected by frost, any fuel can be used - wood, charcoal or coal - and any size fire can be made. And if outdoor cooking is your thing, a cast iron chiminea offers great versatility, many having swing out barbecue grills that are perfect for your bangers, burgers and even pizzas on a pizza stone resting on the grill.
Our steel chimineas are comparatively lightweight compared to cast iron being less than half the weight. They won’t rust as easily as a cast iron chiminea and aren’t as prone to the same cracks as a clay chiminea which makes a steel chiminea far easier to maintain.
