Product Questions
We’ve also introduced Product Questions for each product. If you have any specific questions about any of our products, please ask away. We’ll email you our answer, and also publish it on the appropriate product page – building up a knowledge base of frequently asked questions for each of our products.
Both the reviews and questions will help give more depth to our product descriptions, as well as giving our tailoring them to our customers’ feedback and concerns. With luck, this will allow our customers to make much more informed and confident buying decisions.
